Registered Nurse - RN

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work within physician’s offices and outpatient clinics. You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients, as well as possibly being in a supervisory position over clinical staff.

Responsibilities and Qualifications -

Collect patient history.
Administer nursing care to ill or injured patients, including administering medication, wound care and dressings, and other treatment options.
In some instances, insert IVs and give vaccinations and injections.
Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Good organizational skills and patience to help make good decisions
Ability to interact well with patients, coworkers, and physicians. Good communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Kindness and compassion to be considerate, sympathetic, and non-judgemental in order to comfort the patient.
Dedication and commitment to care for patients.
Have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
